Kit Burstein of Waltham donated a "Wanted for Murder" notice for Harriet LeBlanc, alias Hattie LeBlanc. The notice goes on to say that Hattie was 17 years old, about five feet tall and weight about 105 pounds. More information followed in this notice put out by James H. McKenna, Chief of Police in Waltham. Clarence Glover was murdered in 1909 and Hattie was charged with the crime. A picture of her wearing a large hat is also shown. (May-Jly 95) |
